Returns & Refunds

CopingGifts, we want every customer to feel valued and satisfied with their purchase. Due to the personal and wellness nature of our products, we ask that customers carefully review the following refund and return guidelines.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
  • Customized or personalized boxes are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
  • Opened sensory, self-care, or hygiene-related items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide:

                ◦              Photos of the damaged item(s)

                ◦              A brief description of the issue

We will work quickly to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Personalized/custom boxes
  • Digital products or downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Opened wellness or sensory products

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was made by CopingGifts.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
